Our founder Jesse, who is a licensed CPA, spent the majority of his career at the Big Four (KPMG) public accounting firm, where he worked with high net-worth individuals, business owners, and investors—managing tax planning, compliance, and strategy for complex portfolios. He brings a rare blend of trusted tax advisory and hands-on experience.

He successfully represented a billionaire from New York City under IRS audit—negotiating directly with the agent to accept the tax return without any changes.

Jesse also discovered significant tax return errors made by a prior CPA firm for an owner of an NFL team, leading to the filing of amended tax returns that recovered over $1 million in overpaid taxes.

He managed the tax compliance for a partnership acquired by a public company, overseeing tax filings in all 50 states, leading the accounting system transition, and working with the C-suite to ensure a smooth acquisition.
